DON'T MISS HALLOWEEN ZUMBA ALL OCTOBER!!!

ALL through the month of October, I will be teaching new fun Halloween songs, along with our regular zumba set.

1st new song, is the dance to Michael Jackson's THRILLER!!! It's one of my all time favorites!!!!





At the end of the month on Oct 28th at 6pm We'll have a HUGE HALLOWEEN ZUMBA DANCE PARTY, Where we'll get to show off all the new songs we learned!

Make sure not to miss Zumba this month, and bring some friends along, the more the merrier!!!

EA Health & Fitness, important news you need to know. :)

Here's a PREVIEW OF LOTS OF STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW.  (I tried to keep it brief)

#1  I AM TAKING OFF THE LAST WEEK OF NOVEMBER AND THE ENTIRE MONTH OF DECEMBER, (just 5 weeks)   To have a baby. :)   

The last day of regularly scheduled classes will be Nov. 23rd, classes will start up again Monday Jan 6th!!!!!

During that time, I will still offer a few fun events, so stay posted.  We will hold 3 HOT YOGA CLASSES IN DECEMBER AND THE 1ST WEEK OF JAN.

I will also be posting some info about 2 healthy cooking classes that will be during that time as well.  

So don't worry!!!! We'll still have plenty of fitness motivation to go around even through the break!!!!

#2  I am running a PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIAL Up until NOVEMBER 23RD!!!!!   You can train with me for just $50/a week!!!!  This is a GREAT DEAL!  If you are interested, let me know ASAP!!!

You MUST sign up by Monday Oct 14th, to give yourself 6 weeks of training before I go on maternity leave!!!!!

#4  If you train with me, you have 2 options through my maternity leave so be thinking.
    You can just take that time and keep up with your meal plans and exercise on your own.
or...
You can sign up for online training with me, we will not meet together, but you will still get all your meal plans and workouts sent to you each week. :)

The cost for that, just during my maternity leave, will be $35/week

*Starting SEPT 30TH   We will be learning LOTS of NEW HALLOWEEN THEMED ZUMBA SONGS!!!!!  This is one of my FAVORITE TIMES OF YEAR AT ZUMBA!!!  We even learn the "Thriller" dance! (you know, the one from the music video)  DON'T MISS ZUMBA IN OCTOBER!!!!




         

*ON OCTOBER 28TH @ 6PM WE WILL HAVE OUR "PEOPLE OF WALMART HALLOWEEN ZUMBA PARTY"      IT'S FREE TO ALL SO INVITE FRIENDS AND DRESS UP (Like the craziest person you've ever seen while shopping at Walmart)!  We'll be doing all our fun Halloween songs!
          

Thursday Nov 21st   I will be hosting a fun, "I WISH IT WAS SUMMER"CANDLE LIGHT HOT YOGA CLASS!!!   Again, FREE TO ALL, SO COME AND GET WARM!!!

How to Ignite (and Maintain) Your Motivation

This is a great article by fitness coach Amy Lane. :)  

I have been talking a lot with Members about certain “lies” we’re told by the world and ourselves for years that it is time to shake.
One, is that motivation just comes to us one day filling us with this magical energy that carries us through great change. While for some, a dramatic event in life can cause this shift in perception where motivation is created but most often motivation is set fire within us when we decide to dig deep and take action.
Even when we have doubts and we “don’t feel like it” or it’s “hard”. Taking action gives you momentum. Things in motion stay in motion.
This is the same with life changes and motivation.
Opening my mind to let what motivation really is sink in changed my life. It is not reserved for those “perfect people” over there with everything going for them.
We ARE the perfect people.
We ARE the ones with everything going for us if we but choose to claim greatness for ourselves by taking action every day.
Motivation will come. Grace and flow will follow. Let it. Claim the greatness that is yours by letting go of all false and limiting beliefs surrounding motivation.
Knowing it is a choice is empowering and available to each of us.




Spread Only What You Believe In

You can spend your time condemning what you feel is wrong in this world OR you can spend your time/energy spreading what you believe to be beneficial and support those you feel are making the world a better place.
With your time, energy and currency you are constantly casting your vote of what you want to see more of in this world.
I always attempt to vote in the direction of Love.



Still need a little extra motivation, VISION BOARDS ARE AWESOME!!!! MAKE ONE TODAY!

I find that visualization is an extremely powerful tool, and it has helped me boost my motivation level numerous times.

I like using visualization while working out, when getting ready to workout and even after a training session.

So why not use my creativity and portray my ideas on paper?

By choosing pictures and texts that stimulate your emotions with feelings of passion, you get to see “the big picture” in a single glance. How exciting is that? Your own personalized work of art, reminding you of your ambitions; a clear picture of your dreams and goals giving your subconscious mind a voice!

Your personal vision board is only limited by the extent of your own creativity.

What you will need:
Magazine cut-outs or other pictures that inspire you (printed from your computer…)
Clip out words, phrases and anything else that motivates you
Poster board
Scissors
Glue
Markers
A big smile on your face

Ready? Set? Go!

Grab some magazines and markers and channel your inner artist. I’ll be making my own board this month!

KAY CEE'S 
STORY

Training with Erin has been an awesome experience...she is a REAL trainer.

By that I mean she focuses on real food, real workouts and real goals for real people. if you want to see instant results through achievable and maintainable eating and workouts then she is for you!

Since I started training with Erin I have lost 10 lbs and1.5-2.5inches of my waist, hips, thighs and arms and I feel amazing ! I have worked out pretty
consistently since college and have always felt like I was in decent shape, this winter i decided to try Erin’s yoga class and I loved it, so then I decided to try the rest of her classes and I was hooked, after my first 6 weeks of consistent workouts with Erin I decided to try her meal plans to get that last 10-15 lbs off that kept hanging on, I am generally skeptical of trainers and how they want you to eat. I live to eat so I know I cant handle a low calorie, fake food, powdered drink mix meal. Erin’s meal plans have you eating real food that you make yourself and they are super easy to follow.
She is not only an amazing trainer but someone I can call a truly great friend!

Nicole's story:
A friend of mine had trained with Erin and lost 20 pounds. She had convinced me to come to one of 

Erin’s Zumba classes. WOW- it kicked my butt. I really loved the class though because I love to dance – 
so I kept coming and decided to start training with her. I have worked out pretty regularly since college 

and was not heavy, but definitely had some extra (and unnecessary) fat on my body, particularly around 
my waist and my thighs. I always ate pretty healthy, but even with regular exercise on my own, could 
not lose that last 10-15 pounds. After training with Erin, I’m down 13 pounds and have lost 2 inches 

off my waist. I feel amazing, have so much more energy and it’s all thanks to Erin. Her recipes are 
delicious, she pushes you beyond what you think you can do and her workouts are awesome. She is a 
phenomenal trainer, a wonderful person and I’m thankful every day for her.

Kathy's story:
Before training with Erin, I had tried lots of different eating habits and exercises over the years but 
was never able to lose over 20 pounds and keep it off. I have learned many different exercises now that I can do on  my own. My way of eating has totally changed. I think differently about how and when I eat and I have many new recipes to use. When I had my personal training with Erin she pushed me harder then I realized I was capable of. I have now lost 40 pounds and have kept if off for 3 months. I feel confident that I can lose those last few pounds on my own and that when I have splurges I can get back on track easily. I am very happy with my body now and Erin helped me break the barrier I had for years and meet my goals.

Heather's story:


I went to Mexico on vacation last February, 2012 and felt so self conscious about taking photos and how my body looked in my bikini and summer clothes. That's when I said to myself, "I have had it!". I have tried dieting and exercising on my own, but nothing seemed to stick. Being an ex-college athlete, it was very disappointing that I have somehow along the way lost my motivation. Well, I met Erin last March, 2012 and she taught me how to eat and workout to not only shed the pounds and tone my muscles but to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have lost and kept off a total of 25 lbs, and leaned out in areas that I never thought were possible!.  Not only has Erin taught me how to eat and exercise properly, but also if I am not getting the results I want, where and how to adjust my routine to optimize my fitness. 

Another amazing bonus that I was not expecting is the relief of my allergies and overall wellness of health. I have had chronic sinusitis and been battling it for the past 3 years. I have been challenged with various medicines and procedures, but none of them have never seemed to relieve me long term. Once I changed my diet and added a regular exercise program, my allergies have decreased tremendously and my health has soared! I am able to tolerate my allergies for the most part with a regular regime and not tons of expensive prescription medications. I am forever in Erin's debt for ridding me of this mass barer in my everyday life!

I now have a sense of confidence, sexiness, overall "feel good" about my life that I have been lacking for the past few years. This I can thank Erin for! With her strong motivation and guidance  I know I will be able to take away amazing knowledge to forever keep my life healthy and fit!

NEW 6-WEEK FITNESS CLASS BLOCK STARTS Sept 16th


I've got some fun new classes this 6-week block!  Still got Cardio Kickboxing and Pilates!!!  But I added some Xtreme Cycle fusion classes that combine cycle with upper body and abs!  DON'T MISS THEM!!!!!
