It was sooo fun to train Lacey!!! She was so excited and positive about the entire process, (WHICH I LOVE!) OBVIOUSLY, She was excited to drop those pregnancy pounds, (aren't we all!) but Lacey also really focused on how this new lifestyle made her feel! She had the PERFECT attitude. A women after my own HEART!!! PLUS.... COULD SHE HAVE A MORE BEAUTIFUL BABY?!?! UM.... NO! XOXO
I’ll be honest, once I signed up for Erin’s 30 day challenge, I was terrified. Excited, but terrified. I had just had my 3rdbaby, hadn’t worked out in six months and was eating whatever was convenient. I was ready to pack up the maternity clothes and start the process of getting my pre-baby body back. PLUS, I knew I needed to lose some of that baby weight to fit into a bridesmaid dress in two months!
I loved that I could do Erin’s program completely from home. We’ve never actually met in person but her plan is SO easy to follow and she was amazing at keeping me motivated throughout the process. Having a specific meal plan to follow made meal time so easy and took all the guess work out of it for me. Prepping it ahead of time so it was there to grab when I was hungry was a total game changer for me. Typically that’s when I’d flounder and throw in some fried freezer food and call it good so having it right there helped me make good choices.
I was scared of fitting in exercise 6 days a week and at first, I would wait and fret all day about the ‘perfect’ time to fit it in. But, guess what? That perfect time never happened so I had to MAKE time. After 4 weeks, exercising is totally routine. The workouts are still challenging but I can tell a huge difference in my strength and stamina.
My results: In 4 weeks I lost 13.7 pounds (yes! The .7 counts!) I lost 3.75” from my waist, 2.75” from my hips, 2.5” from my thighs and 4.5” from my stomach. And, best of all…no more maternity clothes!!
