Amanda is one that I can say went WAYYYY above and beyond with her fitness during this 30 day challenge! She not only followed my nutrition plan TO THE T, but she also added lots of extra activity to her life on-top of the workouts I send daily!!!! She walked and ran with friends and hiked the ridge regularly (a 2 mile up intense hike here in E-BURGE)!!!! She is still going strong and can't wait to report her continued successes to ALL OF YOU!!!
After no longer being able to see results on my own I decided I needed a major change up from what I was doing. The second I heard about Erin's 30 day challenge I knew that was exactly what I needed to do !!
I'm a busy stay at home mom to 4 children under 10 and Erin's 30 day challenge was super easy to follow and incorporate into some of my family's meals, which made it a lot easier for me ! I prepped half sat and the other half Sunday or Monday morning (if I really didn't have time over the weekend.)
The food is awesome and super easy to make. The prepping makes everything so easy and readily available I had no excuse why I couldn't eat what I had pre preped and made.
So far I have lost 25lbs !!! And almost 10 inches !! I couldn't be happier with the results I got, and would highly recommend it to anyone even thinking of trying it !!
