If you wanna go on the "Healthy Holiday Survival Guide and Party Dress Challenge" (FEW!!! What a mouth full!) with me for the next 2 1/2 months, feel free! At least you’ll know we’re doing it together. 
We'll be workout buddies from afar!!!!
I’ll do my best to post daily what I am eating so you get a feel for it all, and what my workouts look like! 
It’s going to be tough I will admit, but TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!. Who the heck tries to get in BETTER shape through the holidays? Only crazies. Like US!   :)
Don't worry, we’ll still have Thanksgiving dinner and Xmas dinner – just clean! Which is still yummy!
RULES!
1. You must drink 3-4L of water EVERY DAY.
2. You will eat every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
3. You will workout 1 hr a day 5-6x a week for quickest results.
4. Print the meal plan out and stick it on your fridge as a constant reminder to stay on track. (I will post a very basic meal plan on Monday the 15th.  If you want more specific help email me and we can set up some online training)

5. Write down your workout schedule each week on a calendar, when, where, and what you will do for your workouts, and STICK TO IT!
6. Create a blog OR Notebook and track your progress, thoughts, and meals!
