Cardio (no rope needed) Jump rope youtube class

Here's a GREAT cardio interval to do inside on those cold winter days, or if your kids won't let you leave the house! :)

Make this workout your own, but here is what I do!

I repeat this jump rope video through 2 times, for a total of 15 minutes of cardio.  
THEN I throw in one of my other short strength videos (Like Hecka Hard Hamstrings, or Arms and Obliques)  Then I do 2 more rounds of this cardio jump rope video!

Continue to repeat (in that order) for as much time as you have!  I shoot for 55 to 50 minutes. :)
