RULES OF LEANING OUT
1. Make weights a priority. I lift before I do cardio, and if I only have time for one some days, I choose weights
2. Lift heavy. If I can do more than 10 reps of an exercise, I bump up my weight.
3. Do cardio intervals. Instead of steady-state cardio. I go as hard as I can, then recover and repeat. Start out with 30 seconds as hard as you can and 30 seconds recovery for 20 minutes and build from there.
4. EAT!!!!! Start eating consistently. Most people have irregular eating patterns, no breakfast, lunch on the go, dinner at a restaurant. Eat small meals every 2 hours.
5. Prepare your meals in advance and bring healthy food with you everywhere you go. If you're full of good food, you won't be as tempted by the bad!
5. BE CONSISTENT! Not perfect, consistent. It took time to put it on, it will take time to take it off.
