The Green Monster shake
This is great for breakfast, a snack, or even desert! It's so good you won't even miss that ice cream shake!
I was scared to put avocado in my Shakes (I call them shakes instead of smoothie's because it's sounds like something I shouldn't be eating!) :) - don't know why, just sounded BLAGHHHH!
Well - I love it! And I love the color
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Scoop protein powder (this is optional, I usually leave it out)
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup berries (I love the frozen mixed berries from costco)
- 1 TBS Stevia
- water and ice, (as much as you want, depending on how thick you want your shake to be
Instructions
Mix in a blender and enjoy!
