To get the most out of your Shoulder day, I recommend starting with this "Sleek Shoulders" workout and following it up with my "Shoulder Shred" Workout. (link below)
I alternate the 2 workouts until I've reached 55 minutes!!!
Then I'm done with my shoulders for the week! :)
