Make this with any veggies you like... Mushrooms.... peppers....asparagus..... whatever!!!!!
Also, healthy toppings for your frittata, (if you choose to add them) include, salsa, low fat cottage cheese, an avocado.... use your imagination! I cooked my Frittata at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, but that time will very depending on what; and how many veggies you add!
