find some way to move your bod today {!!!}. If you’re not, working out, at least walk the dog. Play outside with your kids, Or drink a gallon of water. Try & do something healthy!
I woke up this AM, Did some yoga, had a GREEN MONSTER Smoothie, and worked on my goal to drink TONS of water! How did you start your weekend? Hopefully not with crappy food &/or a hangover ; )…
