2 Healthy ways to Mojito!


PINEAPPLE MOJITO GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 shake

1/2 cup kale or spinach
1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
lime zest
stevia or honey to taste
1/2 an avocado (optional, but it makes it really creamy and delicious!)


DIRECTIONS
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.


Mojito Protein Shake

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/3cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp honey or stevia
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp lime zest
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
- 1 cup ice cubes

METHOD

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve.
