Mom's and Kids Get an AMAZING workout while doing Zumba TOGETHER!!!!
Kids of ALL ages are welcome, if accompanied by an adult! And ANY adult is welcome even without Kids!!!! The more the merrier!!!!!
Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
"Mama's Move" ZUMBA is offered through the Ellensburg Home school co-op, but anyone in the community is welcome to sign-up and attend!!!!
Classes will be held every Tuesday from 10:30am-11:20am starting January 13th.
Classes are located right Downtown Ellensburg in the Odd Fellows' Hall 307 1/2 North Pine Street, Ellensburg, WA 98926. (The door faces Pine, behind Ellensburg Floral. A staircase will take you to the top floor. An automatic chair lift is available, also.)
